1-2-1 Therapy Taking Care of You. 

I have worked in a busy NHS GP surgery supporting people with a wide range of troubling issues. I support my clients in a manner which is honest, calm, empathetic and compassionate. I offer a non-judgemental, confidential, safe space in which to talk. I work collaboratively to find a way forward that is more productive and less destructive. The counselling sessions are offered on an open ended basis, this allows clients time and space to explore their troubling issues.

Talking therapy can be restorative and supportive. As individuals we often plough through life without taking the time to pause and reflect on why we do things. In order to achieve a different outcome we need to input a different strategy. Are you ready to make a change?

Fee structure:

I have a sliding scale from £60 - £70 per session.  (Students pay a reduced rate)
